Board meetings and study session agendas and minutes are posted below. The upcoming agenda will be posted no less than 24 hours prior to each meeting. Minutes from board meetings will be available on this site after board approval.

Board meeting times have changed in 2026.  Beginning in January, regular board meetings will start at 5:30 pm, a change from the previous 6 pm start time.

Time: Monthly board of director meetings are typically held the last Monday of the month at 5:30 pm with rare exceptions. Monthly study session meetings are held the Tuesday prior to each board meeting at 7:30 a.m.

Attend in-person or virtually: The public is invited to attend board meetings and study sessions either in-person or virtually. Those who wish to attend virtually may do so via the Zoom platform. The meeting link will be posted on each agenda.

Public comment period: If you are attending via Zoom and would like to make a comment during the public comment period, you may do so through the Zoom Q&A feature. People who are commenting are required to share their name and mailing address. If you prefer not to share your address publicly, please send a private message with your name and mailing address to finance@highlandsranch.org, then submit your full name and comment in the Q&A. Addresses shared privately will not be shared with people other than the Highlands Ranch Water staff person answering the email.

Please Note: All study session and board meetings are enabled with closed captioning. A transcript of the meeting is available upon request at conclusion of the meeting. To request a transcript, please submit an open records request.
