Rebates and Incentives
Highlands Ranch Water offers rebate and incentive programs to help customers become more water efficient with their outdoor irrigation practices. Programs are evaluated by staff to ensure cost effectiveness for both Highlands Ranch Water and our customers.
In accordance with IRS guidelines, all water conservation rebates in amounts of $600 or more are considered a taxable income. A W-9 will be required at project completion for payment, and a 1099 will be issued.
