Rebate amounts for irrigation system upgrades are determined based on total project cost, applicant pool and annual budget. Rebates for irrigation system upgrades total no more than $5,000. Upgraded equipment must improve system water efficiency. Eligible equipment includes, but is not limited to, high efficiency nozzles, evapotranspiration-based controllers, rain sensors, pressure regulated sprinkler heads and valves, and sprinkler heads with check valves.

Applications for irrigation system upgrades may be submitted after installation of new equipment. Applications for irrigation system upgrades must be submitted within 90 days of equipment installation. Installation costs, sales tax, and shipping and handling costs are not covered.

Please note that rebates are available for improvements to existing irrigation systems only. New development does not qualify for rebate.
